Discovery is basically a design process on steroids, or rather in pace, and you have to manage it. Based on the real-life case study of discovery for the Avast Secure Browser, BoB will share how his team did it and some tips and tricks on how to succeed with your own attempt at discovery.

BoB Marvan works as discovery manager at Gen Digital, the corporation formed by the merger of Avast and NortonLifeLock. He has over 15 years of experience in UX, design thinking, and research, gained mainly at Avast, MSD, AVG, and Seznam.cz. He designed and implemented the #zapixely traveling exhibition on digital design and the #HumansofUX survey of UX professionals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
